REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products have a digital nature we generally offer no refunds.

There are no refunds for monthly, quarterly or semi-annually plans, even if the subscription is canceled on the same day as the payment was made. Refunds are available only after an automatic deduction for annual payments within 7 calendar days after the payment was made, including day of payment.

The service is billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annual basis. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months or days of service, or refunds for months or days unused.

We do not offer refunds for initial payments. If you order the service for the first time, please make sure that the order is correct before the payment is made.

We do not offer refunds for recurring monthly, quarterly and semi-annually payments. If you have been billed for automatic monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually renewal of the Service, you can cancel the subscription to avoid billing for next periods.

We do not offer refunds for upgrades to a more expensive plan or a longer billing cycle. Remaining days will be converted into an equivalent value of days on the new subscription.

We do not offer refunds in case your account is banned or your access to the Site is prohibited due to violating our Terms of Use or any other policy. In this case any remaining prepaid days or months will not be converted to according value and will not be refunded to you.

We only offer refunds for recurring annual on demand. If you have been billed for automatic annual renewal of the service, you have 7 calendar days (after the payment was made) to contact our support team. If you don't do this, the Candle Wave assumes that renewal of the service is expected and the payment will not be refunded.
